Moulded from SUPERGLAS PLUS, a material formulated for lightweight and strength. PIPELINER provides everything pipe welders need in a helmet to be safe and productive under the harshest welding conditions.
Impervious to moisture, impact resistant PIPELINERS will not crack, chip or split. Compact design allows access to areas where there is no room for a standard helmet. Comfortable, functional headgear uses a constant-fit rubber headband for frequent readjustment as pipe welders move about their work. Also available with a ratchet headgear for use where space limitations are not as severe.

Proto Shell is supplied with "XANTHOS" welding lenses, as standard, shade no.10 (acc. to B.S. and/or DIN) with"VINYLITE" plastic cover lenses. Welding lenses in other shades are available on request.
The Prota Shell welding helmet is made from a moulding of one piece water repellent back vulcan fibre. Guarantees maximum protection for arc welders. Fully insulated and highly flame-resistant. Adjustable headgear with a "stop" attachment.
