The IPLC( Internal Pneumatic Lineup Clamp) provides optimum internal line up of two pipes prior to welding. It is extremely robust and built to special high standards to withstand pipeline spread operations.
Available in sizes 6" to 60".
- Adjustable up to 0.500" wall thickness. Modified clamps for heavier wall pipes are available.
- Clamp sizes 12"-60" will cover two pipe sizes by use of a conversion kit.
- Powered travel available on models 12"-60"
- Copper back up shoes available to prevent burn thru.
- When correctly used the Internal Alignment Clamp will not damage or bell end the pipe.
- Double Jointer clamps available.
- Independently operated pneumatic heads allow the line-up of pipes with different wall thicknesses
- Adequate line-up at next joint is assured by a reserve air tank
- IPLC's require compressed air at 180-200 PSI (12.2-16.6 ATM )
