The IPLC( Internal Pneumatic Lineup Clamp) provides optimum internal line up of two pipes prior to welding. It is extremely robust and built to special high standards to withstand pipeline spread operations.
- Adjustable for any wall thickness or size within the specific range.
- When correctly used the IPLC will not damage or bell end the pipe.
- Independently operated pneumatic heads allow the line-up of pipes with different wall thicknesses
- Adequate line-up at next joint is assured by a reserve air tank
- IPLC's require compressed air at 180-200 PSI (12.2-16.6 ATM )
